the Volusia Home Builders Association (VHBA) announced the winners
of the 2004 Parade of Homes, excitement and pride swelled as Marshall
Bone won the top award! Builders
in 22 categories competed with a total of 52 winners and the Top
Scoring home was "The Casa Alegre" by Marshall Bone.
"The Casa Alegre" is a beautiful mission-style custom-built
home by Marshall B. Bone, Inc. that won three awards in the 2004
Parade of Homes held in April.
This home was awarded the Grand Award in the
$325,000-$335,000 price category, the Blue Ribbon
for the Exceptional tile work throughout the house and also won
the Top-Score Award for the overall countywide
Parade of Homes!

credits Residential Design Specialist, Mark Pemberton of Pemberton
Residential Design for the creative vision he had with the floorplan
of this home, and the skill and dedication of his staff and sub-contractors.
Marshall B. Bone, Inc. Certified General Contractor, is a custom-home
builder and has been doing business in Central Florida since 1970,
building several hundred homes and condominiums in the Orlando
market area, as well as numberous commercial and industrial facilities.
Marshall moved the office to DeLand in 1988.
